About the International Institute for the Dialogical Self Print E-mail

 

Agnieszka Hermans-Konopka and the creator of the Dialogical Self Theory, Hubert Hermans, established the IIDS in 2008. They work together with Ton Voogt and cooperate with Dialogical Practice Network.

Scientific Director, Hubert Hermans is a creator of Dialogical Self Theory and an internationally recognized authority in narrative psychology and in narrative psychotherapy.  Hubert Hermans is an author of many publications, translated into nine languages. His recent book “Dialogical Self Theory: Positioning and Counter-Positioning in a Globalizing Society,” was written with Agnieszka Hermans-Konopka, and has been published in April 2010.
